Dr. Alexander Wentker

My research project at the Faculty of Law of the University of Potsdam investigates the concept of national security in public law. It aims to reconstruct the meaning of national security as a legal concept from an historical, theoretical, and comparative perspective, and understand its practical operation in different legal contexts, particularly in the legal regulation of artificial intelligence. The PNB fellowship constitutes the first step of my habilitation in public law.
