How do I plan and structure a complex research project? And how do I ensure that it is implemented efficiently—even if I didn’t create the plan myself? To answer these questions, the course introduces the basics of project management. Instead of presenting individual self-contained systems in detail, the course aims to provide a basic understanding of the most widely used concepts, ways of thinking, and procedures in project management. Building on this, participants will be empowered to establish a management system that is suitable for them and their projects. Exercises and discussions in the course will focus on the participants’ current projects.
